Refunds and Exchanges

-Refund and Exchange policies only applicable if customer has received parcel with any Missing or Damaged product. 
-Video of you opening the parcel is required to process a refund or exchange.
-Any issue needs to be informed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and the product has to be returned within 3 days working days.
-returns are only acceptable if customer did not open the product if he/she did the packing should remain similar to how it was before. There will be no Return or Refund for used, tested or opened product.
Customer will be liable to pay the delivery charges in such cases.
